JKA Karate Test Requirements, Volume One presents the requirements for the ranks of 9th through 4th kyu. This DVD guides you through the requirements for each level, showing the techniques performed at full speed and at the correct tempo for testing. Each test consists of three parts: kihon (basics), kumite (sparring), and kata (Heian 1-5). Also included is advice on how to develop the proper attitude for testing and advice on how to take the actual test.
