Ordering Instructions

Online Ordering: Shop our Online Shopping Basket System. Browse through our catalog and put your selections in a basket, the totals will be made for you automatically. Place your order by checking out- we will ship it within one business day. Your information is safe because all orders are made through a Secure SSL server.

Order by Phone: Call our toll-free number at 1-800-772-7912 (or 1-651-776-2790). Operators are on hand to take your order 24 hours a day.

Mail your Order: Print out the Hardcopy Order Form and mail it to the following address:

Fax your Order: Print out the Hardcopy Order Form and fax your order to 1-651-771-6085.

Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards. You may phone, fax, mail or pay online using your credit card order. Be sure to include the expiration date with your credit card order.

Please note: When ordering by credit card, the billing address you give us must match exactly the address on your credit card statement.

Personal check: We accept personal checks (U.S. funds only).

Money Orders, Cashiers Checks: Must be in U.S. funds only.

Shipping is free to the United States. Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. All orders are shipped within one business day of when we receive the order. Orders are shipped via the US Post Office (unless otherwise requested). Express Mail Overnight delivery is available for an addtional $15.00, plus $1.00 for each item ordered.

Foreign Orders (Outside the U.S.): All foreign orders are shipped by Global Priority mail. Shipping to foreign countries is $7.00 for the first DVD plus $1.00 for each additional DVD. All orders are shipped within one business day of when we receive the order.
